Here are answers to some of the most common questions we receive at Kidz PlayZone.
1. What ages can visit Kidz PlayZone?
Our playspace is designed for children ages 0–8, with equipment and activities especially suited for ages 0–5. Siblings and caregivers are always welcome!
2. Do I need to stay with my child during open play?
Yes, caregivers must remain on-site and supervise their children at all times. Our staff is here to help, but we ask that you stay with your child for their safety and comfort.
3. What sensory accommodations do you offer?
We’re a neurodiversity-affirming space! We offer a sensory nook, can adjust lights/music, and provide a judgment-free environment for all kids. If you need special accommodations, just let us know.
4. How do I book a birthday party, class, or field trip?
You can contact us by email or through our website. We offer customizable party packages, a variety of classes, and field trips for schools and groups.
5. What are the perks of Kidz PlayZone membership?
Members enjoy unlimited open play, exclusive member-only hours for a truly private experience, priority and discounts on classes, camps, and parties, special events, guest passes, and more! Membership is the best way to experience everything our community has to offer.
6. Can I bring food or snacks?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring nut-free food, but it must be eaten in the reception area only. We’ll also have drinks and snacks available for purchase.
7. Do adults and children need to wear socks?
Yes, for both! Grippy socks are recommended for kids. We will have grippy socks for sale if you forget.
